1823 Delaware State Lottery Ticket

This is a lottery ticket issued by the State of Delaware in 1823 to finance the completion of St Peter's Church. The scheme of prizes is on the front of the ticket. The ticket is printed on clean laid paper and the lettering is very sharp. It is in excellent condition and has nice margins. Signed by W. Larkin, Manager.
