This Continental note is signed by Robert A. Roberts and John Leacock a famous Pennsylvania playwright and philosopher. To learn more about this famous patriot click on his name. The emblem on this note is a stepped pyramid of 13 levels representing the strength and unity of the 13 states. The motto is PERENNIS (Everlasting). Printed by Hall & Sellers of Philadelphia on paper watermarked "CONFEDERATION." This note grades Almost Uncirculated.
