1776 Continental 30 Dollars Note

The emblem on the front of this note is a wreath on a tomb with the motto "SI RECTE FACIES" (If you act righteously). The emblems on the back of this note are a strong wind creating waves with the motto "VI CONCITATE" (Driven by force) and the sun shining on sailing ships in a calm sea with the motto "CESSANTE VENTO CONQUIESCEMUS" (When the storm dies down we will rest). Excellent serial number and signatures of George Welch & Mark Alexander. This note is board crisp and grades Choice Crisp Uncirculated.
