1776 Continental 3 Dollars Note

This note is signed by Tench Tilghman a Colonel in the Revolutionary War and Aide-de-camp to General George Washington. To learn more about this famous Maryland patriot click on his name. The emblem on this note is an eagle and a heron fighting. The motto is EXITUS IN DUBIO EST (The outcome is in doubt). Serial number and signatures are excellent. This note grades Almost Uncirculated.
